Courtyard Condominium at the Crossing Homeowners Association

Welcome to the Courtyard Condominium at the Crossing Condo Association information page!

Our goal is to keep you(the homeowner) informed of what is happening in the neighborhood. We will update this page on a regular basis, so please check back regularly for any updates.  Please contact DSI if you have any comments, questions or concerns.

 1. Board Member-The Board would like to take on an additional member. If you are interested, please let us know.

2. Food around unit-We have received notification that some owners are seeing pests around the exterior of their units. It has also been noted that some owners have put food out in their yards. My only assumption is that one is leading to the other. So please refrain from leaving food and or garbage on the ground outside of your unit. Thank you!

3. Window caulking/Exterior Stucco repair;

I wanted to clarify this work, we are not doing any repairs to any windows. This is only repairs to the material around the windows to help alleviate water entering the units.

I did meet with a vendor on site today to get an additional bid for the permanent repairs to the window/stucco area.

4. Updated bid for railings;

This project is currently on hold until we obtain additional quotes. The quote initially received was extremely high. Please let me know if you DO want action Fence to replace your railings at the cost of $116.50 per foot. If I do not hear from you, I assume nobody wants to move forward with this quote.

5. Concrete repair to steps;

The Board decided to sign off on the Olson Toon bid to repair the concrete throughout the Association. They are booked through 2018, so these repairs will take place in 2019.

6. Tree trimming;

The Board has approved a bid from Boley to trim trees throughout the neighborhood. I am waiting for an update on a start date. I will share that information once I have it.

7. Status of Maple Leaf landscape damage/repair;

Some landscaping repairs have been done. They did find several issues with the way the plants were pruned in the past, therefore pruning is taking a lot longer than anticipated. If they have not pruned the area around your condo yet, please be aware that they will be there soon.

8. Pressure Washing;

We did receive 2 out of the 3 bids, and they are drastically different. I am waiting for the third to pass all info on to the Board.
